Michael A. Sneeringer is a senior associate in Porter Wright’s Naples, Florida, office. He focuses his practice on asset protection, estate planning, probate administration, and tax law. Michael has published numerous articles on estate planning and wealth preservation. He is the Articles Editor, Trust and Estate, for Probate & Property Magazine and reports annually from the Philip E. Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning for the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law. He is an Executive Council Member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and is the current Section Chair of the Collier County Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section.
