Mr. Blume is the Managing Partner of Blume, Faulkner & Skeen, PLLC. He has been licensed to practice law since 1975 and has been involved in representing spiritual bodies most of that career.

He has represented religious bodies of virtually every description, including Jewish, Islamic, Catholic, Protestant, and fundamentalist bodies. He is at present Conference Counsel for the Southwest Conference of the United Church of Christ, his home denomination, as well as Regional Counsel for the Christian Church in the Southwest, the largest region of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). He also represents several Islamic mosques and organizations. In the past he has been involved in representing, consulting with, or litigating against, Jewish organizations, Catholic Dioceses, and many other types of religious bodies.
