Credit Hour: 50 minutes. Attorney will earn 1 credit for every 50 minutes of instruction.
Attendance Reporting: Attorneys are required to self-report attendance for all In-Person Seminars. LawPracticeCLE will report attendance for all web-based programs.

On-Demand Programs: Attorneys are required to seek CLE approval for all On-Demand courses.
Paralegals: Should a paralegal need CLE credit, the paralegal should notify LawPracticeCLE of their paralegal status, so the Accreditation Administration team can seek accreditation with the NALA for approval in their state via reciprocity.
