Total Credits Required:  30 hours per period


Specialty Credits Required: 3 hours ethics and professional responsibility per period


Reporting Period: 2 years


End of Period: December 31. Year depends on Attorney’s assigned group


Credit Hour: 50 minutes. Attorney will earn 1 credit for every 50 minutes of instruction.


Attendance Reporting: Attorneys are required to self-report attendance.

Paralegals: Should a paralegal need CLE credit, the paralegal should notify LawPracticeCLE of their paralegal status, so the Accreditation Administration team can seek accreditation with the NALA for approval in their state via reciprocity.
