Specialty Credits Required: 2 hours ethics or professional responsibility 1-hour instruction in substance abuse or mental health included every 3 years.

Credit Hour: 60 minutes. Attorney will earn 1 credit for every 60 minutes of instruction.
Attendance Reporting: LawPracticeCLE will report attendance.

Paralegals: Should a paralegal need CLE credit, the paralegal should notify LawPracticeCLE of their paralegal status, so the Accreditation Administration team can seek accreditation with the NALA for approval in their state via reciprocity.
