Alaska CLE Requirements

Total Credits Required:  3 hours ethics required; 9 hours voluntary


Specialty Credits Required:  3 hour of ethics per year


Reporting Period:  1 year


End of Period:  December 31


Credit Hour:  60 minutes. Attorney will earn 1 credit for every 60 minutes instruction.


Attendance Reporting:  AK Attorneys are required to track their own CLE credits and report them once a year to the Alaska Bar electronically.

Paralegals: Should a paralegal need CLE credit, the paralegal should notify LawPracticeCLE of their paralegal status, so the Accreditation Administration team can seek accreditation with the NALA for approval in their state via reciprocity.
