Alexis Preskar is an attorney with Kohrman, Jackson, & Krantz in Columbus, Ohio. She is passionate about small businesses and assists both owners and employees in transactional and litigation matters, including employment law, intellectual property and class action disputes. Alexis regularly drafts complex procedural and substantive documents for litigation, also actively managing discovery and participating in mediation and settlement negotiations.
