With almost 20 years of experience in trial advocacy, Allison Rocker has established herself as a preeminent leader in the field. After first-chairing hundreds of hearings and trials during a notable career in public service, she brought her expertise to Baker McKenzie as the firm’s Trial Advocacy Knowledge Counsel. In this role, and as part of the firm’s highly-regarded NA Trial Team, Allison dedicates her time to hands-on advocacy training and provides critical support to the firm’s controversy lawyers before and during trials. Recognized nationally as a top-tier advocacy coach, she trains attorneys globally on all aspects of oral advocacy and has played a pivotal role in preparing lawyers for cases at every level, including arguments before the United States Supreme Court. In addition, Allison serves as a Trustee and program director for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, where she leverages her extensive experience to help lawyers worldwide elevate and refine their advocacy skills.
