Andreea Parc, LL.M.

Andreea Parc LLM

Andreea Parc holds an LL.M. and practiced law in New York before her arrest and conviction on federal charges of asylum fraud and making false statements. She served time at MCC New York and Danbury Federal Prison Camp. She is the author of Alive Again: My Journey from Attorney to Redemption in Prison (Three Tomatoes) and Predict Your Outcomes, Guidebook: Strategies to Take Control of Your Destiny. She now writes and speaks on the psychology of professional responsibility and ethical failure — not what the rules say, but what happens inside a person when they stop following them. She speaks to law schools, bar associations, and law firms on the psychology of ethical drift, professional identity erosion, and the decision architecture attorneys are never taught.
