When it comes to family law, Andrew believes that with hard work and perseverance, there is a solution to every problem. Andrew’s practice focuses on asset tracing, addressing child custody and support issues, litigating divorces, drafting pre- and post-marital agreements, and facilitating complex settlements.
Andrew is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego and Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While at UC San Diego he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and was President of Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity. After completing his undergraduate studies, he moved from San Diego to Dallas to attend SMU Law as a Dean’s Scholarship recipient. While in law school, Andrew was elected President of the Student Bar Association, SMU Law’s student government, studied abroad at Oxford University and was inducted into the prestigious Pro Bono Honor Roll.
Andrew’s role in the family law community has grown over time. He is a graduate of the Collin County Bar Association Trial Skills Academy, an alumnus of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Leadership Class, and an active member of Dallas and Collin County Bar Associations. He has maintained his focus on child custody cases, having positive outcomes in multi-day bench and jury trials, as well as being successful in enforcement proceedings, property disputes, and asset-heavy divorces. Andrew is a firm believer that the field of family law is evolving, and has taught a nationally broadcast legal education series on cryptocurrency and asset tracing, presented at the Tax Alliance Conference, guest-starred on a podcast regarding hiding assets with news anchor Doug Currin, and has been published by the Texas State Bar, LexBlog, the Boston Bar Association, and the Dallas Bar Association. He is considered an expert in all things cryptocurrency and cases with unique assets.
