Andrew Coffman is a commercial litigator with a focus on intellectual property and media issues. He represents a diverse clientele, including record labels, artists and software developers. Prior to Phelps, Andrew worked on an advisory committee exploring the intersection of law and technology. Andrew is the Chair of the ABA IPL’s Deep Fakes Task Force, the ABA’s Copyright and Social Media Committee, and the ABA Litigation Section’s Copyright Litigation Subcommittee. He serves as Vice Chair of the Mississippi Bar’s Intellectual Property, Sports, and Entertainment Section.
