Brandi L. Doniere, Esq.

Brandi practices primarily in the areas of litigation management and information management
and governance.

In her litigation management practice, Brandi coordinates discovery nationally for a major manufacturer as part of a national product liability discovery team. In this role, she prepares affidavits, drafts and reviews motions and arguments, assists in the negotiation of protective orders and discovery compromises, reviews corporate testimony for confidentiality, and oversees the drafting of discovery responses and the production of discoverable information.

In Brandi’s information management and governance practice, she helps companies develop and implement document retention and information usage policies, identify and preserve information for potential litigation, and assess litigation readiness.

In addition to her litigation and information management practices, Brandi has experience litigating business, employment, and insurance coverage disputes and defending consumer rights lawsuits in both state and federal courts. Brandi also represents businesses and individuals in recovering insurance proceeds.
