Diane L. Camacho is the founder of DLC Consulting Services, LLC. She has spent more than 30 years as a legal manager for firms of various sizes in San Francisco. She started DLCCS in 2013 and has consulted with solo and small firms nationwide on a multitude of management and operational issues, including law firm start-ups, technology implementations, and marketing assessments.
Diane speaks in the legal community on issues such as operations, IOLTA accounting, legal practice management software, and starting new firms. She is a Certified Legal Manager and holds a degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from the University of San Francisco. She has also spent several years teaching law office management at San Francisco State University.
She has a passion for helping attorneys and their staff become more efficient. Diane believes attorneys should practice law, not spend their time in the weeds of running their businesses.
