Attorney Dustin S. Crouse is the owner of Knoxville Elder Law – a law practice focused on helping clients navigate the legal issues surrounding estate planning, Medicaid and long-term care planning, estate and trust administration, conservatorships, and protecting disabled individuals.
As a native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Mr. Crouse enjoys being involved in the community he grew up in. He regularly speaks to the community on topics covering estate planning, special needs planning, and estate administration. Dustin is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Knoxville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association – Estate Planning and Elder Law Sections, and the Advisory Board with Girls, Inc. of Knoxville. He has also spent the past seven years as an assistant coach to the Christian Academy of Knoxville’s boys soccer program, including three state championships. He currently lives in the Farragut community with his wife Deborah.
Mr. Crouse is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee and United States District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee, as well as being registered attorney with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
