Harshita K. Ganesh is an Associate Attorney at CMBG3 Law, where she represents clients in complex litigation involving product liability, environmental, and employment matters. She has extensive experience handling federal and state court litigation, including depositions, dispositive motions, settlement negotiations, and multidistrict litigation. Harshita also serves as Chair of her firm’s AI Committee, where she leads AI policy development and risk mitigation initiatives. She earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as a Senior Editor of the American Criminal Law Review and published scholarship on emerging issues at the intersection of law and technology.
