Total Credits Required: 3 hours per period Active members of the Bar shall complete at least (3) credit hours of approved Continuing Legal Education (CLE) by the end of each calendar year. RSCH Rule 22(a)
Specialty Credits Required: 1 hour of ethics per period At least once every three years, every active member shall complete (1) hour of approved ethics or professional responsibility education. This credit hour shall count toward the annual CLE requirement. RSCH Rule 22(b)
Reporting Period: 1 year annually
End of Period: December 31
Credit Hour: 60 minutes. Attorney will earn 1 credit for every 60 minutes of instruction.
Attendance Reporting: Attorneys are required to self-report attendance.

Paralegals: Should a paralegal need CLE credit, the paralegal should notify LawPracticeCLE of their paralegal status, so the Accreditation Administration team can seek accreditation with the NALA for approval in their state via reciprocity.
