Joseph is a member of the Ohio and Florida Bars, with a 45-year practice in Cincinnati, Ohio with Frost Brown Todd, an AmLaw 150 firm. He chairs the global data privacy alliance, PrivacyRules, and for many years chaired the international practice of the firm. He is lectured and written globally about data privacy matters and has a podcast series called the Data Privacy Detective, available on major podcast platforms.
