His expertise extends to handling complex cases before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Kellen is adept at counseling clients on compliance with federal and state laws, particularly in areas such as handbook policies, pay practices, and the use of artificial intelligence in employment decisions. Kellen earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review and held leadership roles in various student organizations.
