LaTawnda Moore is a health care attorney and litigator. She provides counsel and advocacy to clients in a variety of matters, including health care compliance, enforcement, litigation, telemedicine, home health care, and cannabis. She represents individuals in administrative proceedings before Ohio licensing boards, including the State Medical Board of Ohio, the Ohio Board of Nursing, and the Ohio Board of Pharmacy. She has expertise in complex federal and state regulatory issues, as well as in licensing issues.

She formerly worked as an assistant attorney general, where she spent a decade building relationships with Ohio’s governing bodies. She represented regulatory agencies including the Ohio Board of Nursing, Ohio State Chiropractic Board and the Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers Board, and where she acted as disciplinary counsel, prosecuting violations of various health care practice acts.  

LaTawnda is a seasoned litigator and appellate attorney. She has presented cases to juries throughout Ohio, has argued in multiple Ohio appellate courts, and presented written arguments to the Supreme Court of Ohio.
