Mario Simonyan is the Founder & CEO of ESQgo, PC, a virtual law firm dedicated to enforcing brand owners’ intellectual property rights on Amazon, Walmart, and other online marketplaces. The firm has served thousands of online brands, handling infringement and unauthorized seller matters entirely through platform enforcement channels and arbitration against the marketplace, without resorting to litigation.
Mario brings a perspective rare among IP counsel: he built and sold two seven-figure Amazon brands before entering private practice. Having been the client — losing the Buy Box, fighting hijackers, watching takedown requests get rejected — he approaches enforcement as a business problem first and a legal one second.
