Paul’s career has allowed him to provide patent counseling and portfolio management for a wide array of technologies, including biotech and medical devices, wireless networking and smart technologies, and software as a service (SaaS), among others. Paul previously worked at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in Virginia as a Patent Examiner and in addition to his J.D., has a Biomedical Engineering degree from the University of Miami.
