Course Description
Anatomy arises in a myriad of cases ranging from medical malpractice and personal injury cases to medical device and pharmaceutical class actions, just to name a few. Relatedly, appreciating physiology, fundamental terms and legal procedural and expert witness issues must also be considered. This program is designed to give participants a solid foundation of anatomy, physiology and important terms that can be utilized during depositions, in pleadings and in both trial and alternative dispute resolution settings.
