This course is intended to give practitioners new to the area of environmental restrictions and considerations in real estate transactions an overview of some of the problem areas that can be encountered and general concepts and principals that should always be kept in mind. The focus will be on commercial development and larger transactions, but the issues are applicable to smaller venues as well.
