Course Description
Now more than ever, companies are looking to mitigate risk and decrease potential litigation or arbitration. Key provisions that are often overlooked or not drafted correctly but may have significant downstream consequences are indemnification and limitations on liability provisions. The purpose of this course is to explain these provisions, provide positives and pitfalls in drafting, as well as other external considerations that may invalidate or complicate an interpretation of these provisions.
