Course Description

Enterprise-wide “deep” integration of artificial intelligence is coming, if not already here. Litigation will shortly follow. Despite what surely will be a flood of lawsuits over enterprise applications of AI, many are not thinking about what that litigation will look like. This course is intended to remedy that by exploring the contours of what commercial claims involving AI will look like and how they should be thought through. This course will analyze potential commercial litigation claims, how they should be pled and argued, and relevant evidentiary concerns.
