This course focuses on personal injury litigation and is intended to reach a wide audience. Although personal injury litigation tends to be state-centered, we will cover it from the perspective of the Federal Rules, since those apply nationwide, we will cover topics such as pleadings, venue and “boardable” figures. We will try to mix in a little humor and try to keep a relatively dry topic from becoming too dry.
