Ridesharing has changed the world of mobility and the liability issues surrounding it. This course will seek to discuss the liability and insurance issues that commonly appear in ridesharing litigation.  Additionally, course will seek to explain the uniqueness of issues in ridesharing litigation that are different from traditional motor vehicle accidents.
