This CLE webinar will provide an overview of key legal and business considerations involved in hotel ownership, management, and operations. The program will discuss different ownership and management structures, as well as critical provisions commonly found in management and franchise agreements, including Key Money arrangements and Property Improvement Plans. Speakers will also address financing considerations such as cash management, SNDAs, and Comfort Letters, along with hotel liquor license issues and employment and union matters.
