Course Description
The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) involve many nuances and complexities. Intermittent FMLA leave and remote work are particularly thorny issues. New challenges include accommodations for neurodiverse employees and those with mental health concerns. The PWFA and its expansive regulations issued in April 2024 provide new and complex protections for pregnant workers.
