Course Description
This program will cover the primary additional insured endorsements to commercial general liability policies, the interpretation of certificates of insurance, the different types of anti-indemnity statutes and how indemnification clauses can be invalidated under those statutes, and the interpretation of key policy terms pertaining to additional insured coverage. The course includes a discussion of key policy terms, conditions and requirements affecting additional insured coverage. In addition, the CLE offers a checklist for the policy endorsements and contractual language necessary for additional insured coverage.
