Attendance Reporting: Attorneys must self-apply and self-report completion of CPD.


Live Programs: All CPD credits may be satisfied with live webcast programs under the Barreau du Quebec rule on reciprocity. All courses on West LegalEdcenter are approved by more than one foreign bar such as the State Bar of California,et al.


On-Demand Programs: All CPD credits may be satisfied with on-demand programs at westlegaledcenter.com or with CLE Mobile.

Paralegals: Should a paralegal need CLE credit, the paralegal should notify LawPracticeCLE of their paralegal status, so the Accreditation Administration team can seek accreditation with the NALA for approval in their state via reciprocity.
