Rachel Gonzalez, Esq.

Rachel Gonzalez is the founder of the Conscientious Lawyering movement and currently serves her community as a Senior Associate family law attorney and Guardian ad Litem at The Law Office of Cindy Crawford. She represents clients in complex family law matters, including high-conflict parenting disputes, dissolution proceedings, and domestic violence injunctions, while serving as a Guardian ad Litem voicing the best interests of children. A former prosecutor with experience spanning criminal law, juvenile delinquency, dependency, civil litigation, and family law, Rachel is known for her strategic advocacy, thoughtful analysis, and steady courtroom presence.

Her work is guided by the belief that legal excellence and humanity can and should coexist. Drawing on a strong foundation in psychology, trauma, mental health, and wellness, Rachel helps attorneys cultivate practices that are both effective and sustainable. Beyond the courtroom, Rachel is a writer, artist, bodybuilder, and mother who believes the legal profession can be both intellectually rigorous and deeply human. Through her advocacy, writing, and teaching, she encourages lawyers to lead with clarity, compassion, and purpose.
