Recognized as a Super Lawyer® in Georgia’s legal community, Alembik has been providing his clients practical legal advice and representation for over 26 years. His focus: preventing and resolving disputes that arise from real estate-, business-, and construction-related matters.

Alembik has been recognized as an advocate for victims of wrongful foreclosure. He is regularly consulted or hired to defend against wrongful foreclosures around Georgia. And, he regularly lectures to state- and national- audiences on real estate related litigation.

In addition to his av® rating and five-year Super Lawyer® status, testament to Alembik’s effectiveness is his having won multi-million dollar jury verdicts and having litigated, arbitrated and mediated many hundreds of other legal disputes to successful resolution.

Alembik’s most satisfying professional accomplishments, however, have been those that did not get into the courts or the headlines: Negotiated resolutions that avoided litigation and preserved constructive business relationships.

In addition to practicing law in the Atlanta area, Alembik has worked at law firms in London, England and Paris, France. Alembik speaks English (native), French (bilingual) and Spanish (proficient). Although he has been a lawyer since 1991, Alembik has been working in the legal field in various capacities (courthouse runner, law clerk, legal assistant) for almost 30 years.
