Timothy Michael Kowal Esq

Tim Kowal is a skilled attorney specializing in trials and appeals, with over $60 million in trial and appellate victories. His litigation expertise spans lender disputes, real estate, fraud, trade secrets, and business conflicts. In his appellate practice, Tim collaborates with trial attorneys to develop effective legal strategies, secure stays of judgment enforcement, and navigate complex appeals in state and federal courts.

He co-hosts the California Appellate Law Podcast, offering valuable updates and practice tips for legal professionals. From 2015 to 2017, Tim served as an adjunct civil procedure professor at the Fowler School of Law.

A community advocate in Huntington Beach, Tim and his wife, Andi, championed efforts to eliminate toxic herbicides from city parks. Before law, Tim managed an IT consulting firm in Orange County, and he holds a B.A. in philosophy from UC Irvine.
