Live CLE:

In-person CLE means CLE presented in a classroom setting where the lawyer or licensed paralegal practitioner is in the same room as the presenter.

Verified E-CLE means CLE presented via a computer program or over the Internet where active participation by the lawyer in the CLE is an option during or after presentation of the CLE. Programs completed IN-REAL-TIME or simulcast will be accepted.

Elective CLE:  On-Demand Courses, Live Re-Broadcast; anything that is able to be paused to come back to later.

The credits for LPP’s are processed the same way as for attorneys.

Paralegals: Should a paralegal need CLE credit, the paralegal should notify LawPracticeCLE of their paralegal status, so the Accreditation Administration team can seek accreditation with the NALA for approval in their state via reciprocity.
