Total Credits Required: 12 hours, of which 4 hours must be LIVE courses, per period.
Specialty Credits Required: 2 hours ethics or professionalism per period
Reporting Period: 1 year
End of Period: October 31
Credit Hour: 60 minutes. Attorney will earn 1 credit for every 60 minutes of instruction.
Attendance Reporting: Attorneys are required to seek CLE approval and self-report attendance.

Paralegals: Should a paralegal need CLE credit, the paralegal should notify LawPracticeCLE of their paralegal status, so the Accreditation Administration team can seek accreditation with the NALA for approval in their state via reciprocity.
