Course Description
Navigating the Social Security system can be overwhelming and confusing for most individuals – having an attorney assist with not only case development but in preparing the claimant for the hearing can be invaluable. This course will provide an overview of the benefits available, definition of “disability,” legal guidelines used to decide cases and the application process/appeals; also, will touch on some basic practice tips and case evaluation.
