Jennifer Nellany Esq

Jennifer assists clients with drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, structuring debt and equity transactions, advising on corporate governance matters, and advising on domestic and cross-border legal and regulatory issues, among other capabilities. She previously served as general counsel for two different privately held real estate and investment companies, where she oversaw legal and compliance matters, including fund formation matters, for multiple business lines. She also provided legal services to the family office function at both organizations. Prior to that, Jennifer served as general counsel for a publicly owned hospitality company. Jennifer earned her B.S. in accounting from the University of Delaware, her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, and her L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
