Andrew Eichen is an attorney in ZwillGen’s AI Division, where he helps clients navigate the regulatory and strategic challenges of artificial intelligence. He advises on responsible AI deployment under data privacy laws and emerging AI frameworks including the EU AI Act, and designs governance programs that help companies operationalize compliance and minimize risk. He also specializes in evaluations and testing of AI systems, including adversarial testing (red teaming) and bias audits. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University.Â
