Daniel Wolfe JD PhD

Dr. Daniel Wolfe, J.D., Ph.D. is Senior Director of Jury Consulting at Magna Legal Services, where he provides research-based trial strategy, jury consulting, witness preparation, voir dire support, and venue analysis for trial teams nationwide. He has 40 years of jury consulting experience and has worked on over 3,500 cases, including high-profile and large-exposure litigation involving antitrust, product liability, intellectual property, professional malpractice, environmental, securities, pharmaceutical, automotive, aviation, petrochemical, biotech, and medical matters. Dr. Wolfe holds a J.D., Ph.D. in law and psychology, and M.A. in psychology from the University of Nebraska, as well as a B.A. in psychology and sociology from Colorado State University. He is a past president of the American Society of Trial Consultants, has presented for numerous national and local legal organizations, and teaches advanced trial advocacy courses at Northwestern University Law School and Loyola University Law School.
