Evan Jones, PhD focuses his practice on patent and trade secret litigation. Utilizing his deep technical background, Evan represents leaders in the pharmaceutical and electronics industries in high-stakes patent disputes. Evan represents clients in district court and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). His litigation experience includes pre-lawsuit investigations, discovery, motion practice, validity and invalidity responses, freedom-to-operate analyses, and claim construction. He also has assisted clients with patent prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Prior to joining Wolf Greenfield, Evan worked at an Am Law 200 firm and earned his PhD at Harvard University, where he studied inorganic chemistry and electrocatalysis. While in law school, he interned for Judge Bruce M. Selya at the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and Judge Jimmie V. Reyna at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
