Jennifer Gillman is a candidate-focused legal recruiter and former Am Law 100 attorney who helps rainmaker partners and solo practitioners identify the firms where they can thrive. After more than a decade practicing law and another decade in full-service legal recruiting, she founded Gillman Strategic Group in 2018 to focus exclusively on helping lawyers build successful, fulfilling careers.
A graduate of NYU School of Law and Brandeis University, Jennifer takes a unique approach to legal recruiting. Rather than finding lawyers for firms, she finds the right firms for lawyers, helping attorneys clarify their goals and align with organizations that support their long-term success and professional satisfaction.
Jennifer serves on the boards of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants and the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association. She is also a member of the planning committees for the Women Owned Law Symposium and the National Association for Women Lawyers Annual Meeting.
