Musa K. Farmand has been practicing law since 1985 and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator/Neutral. His attorney and mediation practice focuses on commercial and personal injury litigation. Specific matters he has handled and mediated include fraud, breach of contract, usury, landlord-tenant disputes, automobile and commercial trucking accidents, premises liability, assault and battery, and wrongful death cases.

Musa’s legal practice includes representing a diverse range of clients, from Hall of Fame musicians and professional athletes to Fortune 500 companies, charitable organizations, individual homeowners and families, and small businesses. He has handled numerous multimillion-dollar cases, including obtaining a multimillion-dollar plaintiff’s verdict in a U-Haul negligence case that received national attention, as well as a six-figure verdict reported by Jury Verdict Reporter involving a fall at a Food Lion store.
