Paige Adamczyk is an ethics and entertainment attorney and the founder of Adamczyk Legal PC, based in Ventura County, California. She joined the California Bar Association in 2008 after graduating from Southwestern School of Law and is also licensed to practice in the Central District of California.
Ms. Adamczyk worked in civil litigation before eventually accepting a role as In-House Counsel at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM), where she designed, developed, and taught a course on intellectual property for artists on the various rights and obligations associated with creating content for the entertainment industry. She also served as an IP consultant for Adobe, was a keynote speaker on Intellectual Property for an educators event and was a panelist at UCLA’s Copyright Symposium in 2024.
Ms. Adamczyk has handled cases in a wide variety of areas including intellectual property, entertainment, employment and labor law, mass torts/class actions, and public entity defense. Currently, Ms. Adamczyk advises clients in the areas of State Bar Discipline Defense, Moral Character and Admissions Matters, Legal Ethics, Entertainment Law, and Transactional Law. In addition, as often as possible, Ms. Adamczyk participates in Continuing Legal Education training programs and presentations.
Ms. Adamczyk is a member of several trade organizations including the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers (APRL), the Beverly Hills Bar Association (BHBA), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the Association of Disciplinary Defense Counsel (ADDC).
