Course Description
As artificial intelligence (AI) dominates discussions across a myriad of industries, the effects on lawyers and courts are unavoidable. Generative AI in particular has raised significant concerns from ethical, legal and practical vantage points. Navigating the safe, ethical and legal use of AI is daunting but not insurmountable. The purpose of this webinar is to address the different types of AI, the various areas of practice it impacts, risk mitigation and the latest updates from the Judicial Conference and how Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence are implicated.
