Whether you are an Owner, Contractor or Subcontractor, more often than not, there’s “room to negotiate” your construction agreement.  Half the battle is knowing what to negotiate and how.  This seminar will cover some key contract clauses for negotiation. While not all of these clauses may be subject to negotiation for a given project, many times they are – if one of the contracting parties inquires. This seminar will provide some insight on possible negotiation inquiries, from the vantage point of the Owner, Contractor and Subcontractor.
