Strategically protecting graphical user interfaces (GUIs) under the U.S. design patent laws can be tricky. Last month, the USPTO issued new revised guidelines concerning GUI-related designs patents. This webinar will address the basis for protecting GUIs under the design law, various strategies that could be implemented and the new USPTO guidelines.
