Wes Bearden is a licensed private investigator and practicing attorney. Wes is currently the Chairman of the Board for Bearden Investigative Agency, Inc. a 50-year, second generation full service private investigative agency located in Dallas, Houston, New York and New Orleans. Wes served for a decade as the General Counsel for the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators. He is the past president of the National Council of Investigative and Security Services, a professional association representing the interests of private investigators and security specialists in Washington, DC. He currently serves on the board of the World Association of Detectives. Wes is a practicing trial attorney through his firm JW Bearden & Associates, PLLC. His practice focuses on civil litigation, internal investigations, and privacy law.
