Michael P. Del Bueno graduated from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania in 1992 and received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware in 1996. Since being admitted to the Virginia Bar in October of 1996, Mike has practiced primarily in the area of insurance defense, with a concentration in workers’ compensation law. He is currently on the faculty of several continuing legal education organizations for whom he lectures regularly on workers’ compensation topics. Mike writes numerous articles for the firm’s enewsletter. Mike is admitted to practice before all state courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys. Mike also serves as the designated representative at the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission for clients such as Old Republic Insurance Co., Farmers Insurance Co., Berkley Specialty Underwriting and BITCO Insurance Companies.
