Courtney Lytle Sarnow is a partner in the Atlanta office of Culhane Meadows and has over twenty-five years of experience in broad-based transactional practice with a specific focus on intellectual property, commercial transactions, licensing and technology.  She teaches at Emory University School of Law as an Adjunct professor in Intellectual Property Law and Negotiation Law and is the author of a skills-focused textbook on IP Licensing and an upcoming textbook on Negotiations Techniques.
